6:30am – Depart from Liberty Square – (Magic Mart –close to Bob Evans)
8:00am – Arrive at Travel Center – Beckley, WV – will have bathroom break – grab
Coffee and snack if you choose.
8:30am – Depart Travel Center –
9:45am - Arrive Sew What Fabrics & Batiks, Etc. – Wytheville, VA
11:00am – Depart Wytheville – eat lunch on bus while travelling
1:00pm – Arrive at Tennessee Quilting, Jonesborough, TN–

4:30pm - Arrive at Dixie Stampede for dinner and show
8:00pm – Depart Dixie Stampede - return to hotel

Thursday – March 10th, 2011

9:00am – Depart for Knoxville, TN
10:00am – Arrive at Mammaw’s Thimble Fabric & Quilt
Knoxville, TN
11:00am – Depart from Mammaw’s Shop
11:15am – Arrive at Gina’s Bernina Sewing Center, Knoxville, TN
12:15pm – Depart from Gina’s Bernina - Knoxville, TN
12:30-1:30pm – lunch in Knoxville, TN
2:30pm – Arrive at Machine Quilting by Iva, Sevierville, TN
3:30pm – Depart for Hotel
3:45pm – Arrive at Hotel
4:45pm – Depart Hotel for Old Mill – shop until 6:00pm - http://oldmillsquare.com
6:00pm - Dinner at Old Mill – Return to Hotel

Friday – March 11, 2011
Continental breakfast at Hotel
9:30am – Depart Hotel
12:30pm – Lunch and shopping at KY Artisan Center, Berea, KY
2:15 pm – Depart Berea, KY
3:30pm – Arrive Calico Patch, Morehead, KY
4:30pm – Heading home
6:00pm – Arrive Teays Valley

Microwaves, refrigerators, hair dryers, iron/ironing boards, high-speed internet are available in all rooms. Indoor pool and exercise room are available. –
Hint: Lunch is limited at the show – so take a few snacks.

Make sure you have a luggage tag with your Name on your luggage. We have made arrangements for the hotel to load and unload our bags.

You may want to write your name with a Sharpie on a white garbage bag – you can put your purchases in it and prevent them from falling out of the overhead compartment.

In the event of an emergency or question during the show you can reach me by cell phone – which I will give you on the bus.



Meals

Continental breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, muffins, etc.
Lunch – On your own – either walk, trolley or eat at show

Tuesday March 8th - Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant:

All dinner entrees include: Applewood Julep, Applewoods Apple Fritters with Homemade Apple Butter, Vegetable Soup, Salad, Turnip Greens, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Biscuit and Apple Cobbler for Dessert.

Choice of One Entrée: Fried Chicken, Meatloaf, Beef Liver & Onions, Grilled Chicken, Country Fried Steak, Chicken & Dumplings, or Pork Loin.

Wednesday March 9th – Dixie Stampede

Whole rotisserie chicken, barbecued pork loin, corn on the cob, herb basted potato, creamy vegetable soup and their speciality dessert is on the menu tonight. Pepsi products, tea or coffee.

You can look forward to an outstanding blend of classic country music, bluegrass music, comedy and a few live animals to entertain us.

Thursday March 10th – Old Mill Restaurant

All dinner entrees include a cup of corn chowder, corn fritters, rolls, salad, mashed potatoes, green beans and your choice of dessert, tea or coffee.

Three entrees on table – family style includes: Grilled chicken (boneless skinless breast), Pot Roast & Gravy and Sugar-Cured Ham.

This itinerary is tentative – times may change due to unseen circumstances – but we will try to stay as close to this schedule as possible.
